The outer foreskin is the part of the penile foreskin that is normally exposed when the intact foreskin is extended.

Overhang

Any portion of the foreskin that extends beyond the tip of the glans. In the intact male, this referrs to the acroposthion.  In the restored male, it would be additional inner or outer foreskin that extends beyond the glans.

P.U.D. or PUD

POE - Point of Equilibrium

When tugging the foreskin during restoration, the point (actually a line around the penis) where tension of the skin towards the glans and towards the base of the penis is equal.  Commonly used as a reference point when installing T‐tape to ensure the tension is balanced on both sections of skin.
